We want you to love your purchase! Here are our simple rules for returns and claims:

✨ Products with issues

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with a misprint, you can submit a claim within 30 days of receiving it.
For lost packages, claims can be submitted up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

📦 Shipping & reshipping

If the address is incorrect or the package goes unclaimed, it will be returned, and the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Returned and unclaimed products after 30 days will be donated to charity.

🚫 Non-returnable products

Sealed products (Intimate products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

💡 Changed your mind?

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, except for Brazilian customers, who have up to 7 days after delivery to request a return (the item must be unused and undamaged).
